DESCRIPTION:1891 Financial Life members can nominate a member who inspires and motivates others as a volunteer in their Impact Team\, community\, and parish. \nCandidates are individuals who provided outstanding volunteer service; who held leadership positions in the past year; and who served as an example of Love\, Benevolence\, and Charity throughout the years. All nominees are recognized with an award. \nEach Member of the Year will receive a $100 donation to the parish ministry of their choice and be featured in the 1891 Financial Life magazine. Nominations are due May 15. \n\nJunior Member of the Year:  Nomination Form for ages up to 16 years\nYoung Adult Member of the Year:  Nomination Form for ages 17 to 25 years\nMember of the Year:  Nomination Form or ages 26 and over
